What is a Christian Science Reading Room


Our Christian Science Reading Room is a quiet place for everyone to pursue study and spiritual inspiration. We offer Bibles, concordances, and reference materials as well as various publications from the Christian Science Publishing Society. Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy is also available for study or purchase. Science and Health is the textbook of Christian Science and offers spiritual insight as a window into the Bible. A Weekly Bible Lesson is offered utilizing both Science and Health and the Bible as inspirational text to raise understanding of Bible principles and their healing effect on daily life.

The Reading Room offers publications for people of all ages. The Christian Science Journal and Christian Science Sentinel are written to better share how Christian Science is used in healing all types of everyday life events. Documented spiritual healing is shared by our global community throughout the pages of both the Sentinel and Journal.

The Herald of Christian Science is a publication that addresses its readership through their individual languages. The text is produced in thirteen different languages and also offers testimonials from those using the inspired word of the Bible in meeting everyday needs.

The Christian Science Monitor is our Pulitzer Prize winning international newspaper. Professional journalists from around the world recognize the Monitor as a well balanced, global news daily.
